Understanding natural behaviour styles helps individuals appreciate differences and develop strategies for resolving conflicts. Extended DISC provides the road map to more successful interactions with others, allowing individuals to gain a greater understanding of:

• Their natural behavioural style and how others perceive them

• The natural behavioural styles of others

• The perceptions and motivations of others

• How to be flexible and adjust personal styles to achieve goals

The Extended DISC system is based on the work of Dr. Carl Jung who developed a model that helps us understand ourselves and other people. Though it is not a personality test, Extended DISC is able to measure the hard-wired behaviors while excluding the impact of the environment. 

Individual Assessments

Individual Assessment
The Individual Assessments are self-assessments that identify the strengths and development areas of an individual. The assessment is able to measure the hard-wired behaviors to exclude the impact of the environment. As a result, the report identifies the true strengths and development areas to allow for real performance improvement. 

Individual Leadership Assessment
The Individual Leadership Assessment further refines the results of your Individual Assessment to focus on leadership behaviours. The self-assessment identifies the strengths and development areas of an individual. 

Team Tools

Team Analysis
The Team Analysis is a tool that can combine all of the Individual Assessment results into one report. It shows the team dynamics, the strengths and development areas of the team, and illustrates how the team members are adjusting their behaviors in the existing work environment. Team Analysis provides a clear, easy-to-use framework to understand complex issues quickly, to solve problems and to improve performance. It also presents a safe environment to discuss challenging topics productively. Team Analysis provides the big picture that enables decisions to be made with confidence. 

Work Pair Analysis
The  Work Pair Analysis is a very powerful tool. It is easy to use and very cost effective. It is no wonder that it is so widely utilized. Work Pair Analysis is designed to provide information that allows two individuals to take action that will have a positive impact on their performance. 

Student Development Assessment

Extended DISC assessments are used with students, staff, and faculty members in many universities, community colleges, and high schools. The Student Development Assessment is designed to help students focus on specific areas such as: learning style, communication, decision making, time management, stress management, teaching style, motivators, and working in teams. This assessment is a great tool for students to use to help achieve their current and future education goals.
