Members of our staff have been actively involved in the standards development processes for the ACCT, ASTM International, OPHEA. Provincial Camping Associations, and several school boards. We have consulted on the development in regulations for Ontario and British Columbia.

Managing Risk
Our knowledge of industry standards and current research allows us to evaluate and recommend best practices related to risk management, accident prevention, and emergency planning. We share our wide ranging experience, proven operational systems, and specialized resources to help you develop tools, training, and operational systems that will guide an effective risk management strategy.

Policy & Procedure Development

Writing and Reviewing Operating Procedures
Every challenge course program needs a policies and procedures manual. Local operation procedures (LOP’s) provide your staff with procedures for managing and operating your program.

Your LOPs will take into account your mission, program outcomes, clientele, personnel, original equipment manufacturers instructions, standards, regulations, and other requirements.

We can help you develop your local operating procedures (LOPs). Additionally, we provide reviews of existing documents to confirm compliance with standards, regulations, and common peer practices.
