General

  1. Registrants are not considered registered until receipt of full payment. 

  2. Many of our certification courses have eligibility criteria including minimum age. Please check eligibility requirements prior to registering. Only eligible participants will be permitted to participate in the course. Refunds are not available for participants who register but fail to meet the eligibility requirements.

  3. Please read eligibility criteria prior to applying to participate in an advanced level course. Please note that registration is not confirmed until all required documents have been received and approved by Adventureworks.

  4. All participants participating in an in-person course or workshop are required to:

    1. provide medical screening information and sign an assumption of risk and waiver.

    2. self-screen for COVID-19 each day.  In the event that a participant does not pass screening, they may not participate in the course.  A transfer of registration to another course will be provided.  If this is not possible a pro-rated refund will be provided.

Withdrawal

  1. Full payment is forfeited if a participant withdraws from a course less than one month prior to the starting date of the course. 

  2. A full refund will be provided for those that withdraw earlier than one month ahead of the course start date. 

  3. Course registrations are transferable to people who meet the eligibility criteria. In the case of an advanced course, the new registrant must be approved by Adventureworks to participate.

Course Cancellation

  1. If course dates need to be changed due to the impacts of COVID-19 and public health measures all deposits will be transferred to another course date.  If the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled course dates a full refund will be provided.

  2. From time to time, courses are cancelled due to insufficient registration. In this case, participants will receive a full refund. Every effort will be made to contact people 14 days prior to the start of the course. 

  3. Adventureworks! Associates, Inc. is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by registrants as a result of cancelled courses. Such expenses include, but are not limited to, travel expenses and accommodation.
