Course Registration Policies

Registration & Payment
Registration can be completed online through our online registration process. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Payment can be made online by credit card or PayPal. Unless otherwise noted all course fees listed include all applicable taxes.

Early Bird Discount
A discounted rate is available on some courses for registrants who register early. The early bird discount is only applicable when full payment has been received by the early bird deadline. Registrants in advanced level courses must also have submitted their portfolios and application forms by this date in order to qualify for the discounted rate.

Cancellation Policy
If a registrant decides to withdraw from the course, a $100 administrative fee is forfeited. Full payment is forfeited if withdrawal occurs less than 1 month prior to the starting date of the course.

Insufficient Registration
From time to time courses are cancelled due to insufficient registration. Participants will receive a full refund in this case. Every effort will be made to contact people 14 days prior to the start of the course. Adventureworks! Associates, Inc. is not responsible for any other expenses incurred by registrants resulting from cancelled courses.

Advanced Level Courses
Certain pre-requisites must be satisfied to be eligible to participate in some advanced level courses. Candidates must apply to participate in these courses. Once a candidate has been accepted, they will be provided with the registration code for that course. Registration is not complete until online registration is complete and payment has been received. All other registration policies apply.

Other Information
For most courses participants will be required to complete an Assumption of Risk & Responsibility form and Health Information form. These will be sent upon successful registration.
